Skilled Medical staff has a wide set of capabilities that together allows the company
to provide a superior level of service to our clients and medical personnel. Our
knowledge and understanding of medical services together with our capability to
deliver solutions often in the most difficult circumstances sets Skilled Medical
apart from other service providers. We operate as a supportive team with shared
responsibilities and roles that serve to strengthen our ability to deliver responsive
and exceptional services.
Dr David Campbell - Director
Senior medical staff, clinical directors and medical administrators, staff support
and medico legal.
David has a wide background in medicine and public health and has worked in metropolitan
and regional health services in Australia and at an international level. During
his career in medicine spanning 30 years, David has held CEO positions in major
public and not for profit health services and in the health business sector. He
has been on the board of several health care organisations and medical research
institutes. He has also worked in health R&D commercialisation and was CEO of two
start-up health technology firms. David has been actively involved in medical education
and workforce development. He is a former Chairman of the Board of Continuing Education
of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators and has served on the
Postgraduate Medical Council of NSW, the executive committee of the Victorian Medical
Postgraduate Foundation and the board of the Rural Doctors' Network of NSW. David
is a qualified medical practitioner with fellowships in public health medicine and
medical administration and he has completed the Advanced Management Program at the
Harvard Business School.
Ms Kimlie Jolliffe - Business Manager
Operational and financial management, company systems, HR, legal and regulatory.
Kimlie has a background in company administration and systems development in the
professional services sector. She was previously a senior human resources manager
at the corporate office of one of Australia's largest law firms and has held a number
of other administration roles in professional services firms and in the private
business sector. She also spent a number of years as an analyst with the Australian
Federal Government. Kimlie is responsible for the company's overall administrative
and financial management. Kimlie holds bachelor degrees in arts and commerce.
Mr Jeremy Golds - Senior Consultant / Team Leader
Senior medical staff, general practitioners, locum, contract, permanent placements and consultant support.
Jeremy worked in clinical nursing in two of Melbourne's major private hospitals
before commencing in the pharmaceutical and medical products industries where he
was a senior account manager with Novartis Pharmaceuticals and later a senior account
manager with Cardinal Health. His responsibilities covered both general practice
and specialist fields including neurosciences. Jeremy has completed a number of
courses relevant to the industry including key account management, sales team management
and customer relationship management. He has held significant sales leadership and
business development roles and brings strong health industry experience to Skilled
Medical. Jeremy holds a bachelor of applied science in nursing degree.
Ms Shelley Abrams - Consultant
Senior medical staff, general practitioners, specialists and permanent placements.
Shelley has a strong background in the international recruitment industry. She focuses
on the permanent placement of senior medical staff, GPs and specialists throughout
Australia. Prior to joining Skilled Medical, Shelley worked as a Recruitment Manager
for Du, the Middle East’s largest telecommunications service provider. Prior to
this, Shelley was as a Recruitment Manager for RP International in Dubai placing
senior level professional services and telecommunications candidates across the
Middle East and Africa. Shelley holds a Bachelor of Commerce at Griffith University
in Queensland and is currently studying for a Masters of Human Resources Management
at Melbourne University in Victoria.
Mr Todd Curry - Consultant
Senior medical staff, general practitioners, locum and contract.
Todd has a background in the international medical recruitment industry. He focuses
on GP and Specialist locum and long-term contract recruitment throughout Australia.
Before joining Skilled Medical, Todd worked as a Medical Recruiter for the National
Health Service (NHS) Imperial College Trust, one of the largest health services
in the UK. In his previous role, he coordinated and supported over 10,000 medical
personnel for 4 major hospitals in West London. Todd holds an advanced diploma in
Sports Business and a graduate certificate in Business Sports Management from the
Holmesglen Institute in Melbourne.
Ms Kirsty MacIsaac - Consultant
Senior medical staff, general practitioners, specialists, locum and contract.
Kirsty has an extensive background in the healthcare recruitment industry. Over
the past ten years Kirsty has been working for Origin Healthcare and Nursing Agency
Australia, Australia’s two largest providers of human resources to the healthcare
industry. She has experience in allocation, client services and management roles
at both these companies. She also assisted Origin Healthcare to become the first
company globally to achieve full accreditation to the International Ecommerce Boards
CSMS Customer Service Standard. Kirsty focuses on the short term placement of senior
medical staff, general practitioners and specialists throughout Australia.
Dr E Robyn Mason - Senior Medical Advisor
Medical advisory, clinical governance and workforce development.
Robyn has an extensive background in health services management, health policy and
corporate governance. She has held senior leadership positions at a federal and
state level including the roles of Secretary-General of the Australian Medical Association
in Canberra and Deputy Chief Medical Officer in Victoria. Robyn has strong policy
and operational knowledge of the public and private health care systems including
clinical governance, medical credentialing and scope of clinical practice, community
engagement, workforce development and health care funding arrangements. Robyn’s
advisory role is aimed at assisting Skilled Medical supply and support the strongest
possible clinical workforce in the field. Robyn is a board member of Southern Health
in Melbourne and chair of the Victorian Doctors’ Health Program. Robyn is a qualified
medical practitioner with a master’s degree in administration and she holds fellowships
of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators and the Australian Institute
of Company Directors.
Ms Susan Tobin - Administration Manager
Quality systems and compliance, training and development, medical placement logistics
and support.
Susan has extensive experience in training, systems and compliance. She was previously
the lead training manager in Victoria Police for their core Oracle systems implementation
and has worked in a number of industries providing systems related training. She
spent six years in the airline industry in operations management, logistics and
compliance with Ansett and Kendell Airlines. She is responsible for ensuring Skilled
Medical meets appropriate accreditation and services delivery standards. Susan brings
a deep understanding of quality systems and strong training and development skills
which are used to enhance the in-house capability of Skilled Medical to deliver
a superior level of services to our doctors and clients.
Ms Monique Villareal - Marketing Manager
Marketing, communications and public relations.
Monique has an extensive background in professional services marketing and communications
in the public and private sectors. She has previously held significant marketing
and business development roles in the United States for leading professional services
firms including an international architectural firm and global project management
firm Ove Arup & Partners. In her marketing roles, Monique has also held account
management responsibilities for major companies such as Hewlett-Packard and Hyundai.
Monique is responsible for Skilled Medical’s overall marketing, communications and
public relations initiatives and business development programs. Monique holds a
bachelor’s degree in journalism and business administration from Pepperdine University
in California.
Mr Michael Temucin - IT Manager
IT administration and support, systems design and development, data and systems
management.
Michael has an extensive background in IT in health care and other industries. He
has worked as a senior IT professional and systems architect at St Vincent Hospital
Melbourne, KPMG Consulting and CSC Australia. In his career in IT, he has undertaken
senior project management responsibilities for global firms and he has been the
principal of a start-up online media firm. Michael is responsible for the design,
development and management of Skilled Medical’s IT platform, ensuring the company
has the information systems capability to meet the company’s growing service demands.
Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in information systems management and is a qualified
Microsoft engineer and Cisco networking specialist.
Ms Nicole Potaris - Accounts Administrator
Client and candidate financial account management.
Nicole has a background in the retail sector and prior to joining Skilled Medical,
she was a store manager for a national food services firm. She has held financial
and accounting related roles in the business and not-for-profit sector. Nicole is
responsible for a number of Skilled Medical’s financial functions including accounts
and credit control. Nicole is currently studying for a bachelor of accounting degree.
Ms Mary Nelson - Administration Officer
Reception, office administration and support and database management.
Mary has a strong background in administration services. Prior to joining Skilled
Medical, she held administrative roles with organisations such as the Australian
Physiotherapy Association and the Australian Centre for the Moving Image and in
the events management industry. Mary is responsible for reception, general administration
and business process functions at Skilled Medical. She holds a bachelor of business
management degree and an advanced certificate in office management.
Ms Jessica Busuttil - Administration Officer
Reception, office administration and accounts support and database management.
Jessica has a background in administration services and accounts support. Prior
to joining Skilled Medical, she held administrative and accounts roles in engineering
and electrical fields. She is responsible for reception, general administration,
business process functions and accounts support at Skilled Medical.
